SYS.BDYBuddy System — by invitation

Stand beside the proof, from day one.

A transparent support model running alongside the official round. The core principle: support funds never pass through the founder's account — every Buddy pays the supplier directly (B2B), and every contribution is visible on a public board. Buddies fund the first measured evidence of the Hayy cell, and are recognized by name and by Founders Edition serial.

By invitation only · not a public offering · personal and non-transferable.

BDY.01How it works

Three steps. No noise.

  1. STEP 1

    Choose a role

Pick a Buddy package that fits — each is a fixed contribution toward the Phase 1 proof round, in cash or in kind (B2B services, equipment, workspace).

  2. STEP 2

    A one-to-one conversation

We talk directly: what the contribution covers, how recognition works, and the specific terms — settled personally, never on a public page.

  3. STEP 3

Take your place on the board

Your role is confirmed, your Founders Edition serial reserved, and your name joins the contribution board — the public record of who backed the proof.

Equity figures are target values; final terms are drafted with legal counsel at incorporation, and no verbal or written draft is binding. Contributions are paid B2B — directly to the supplier or service provider, never to the founder — and each is recorded in a one-page in-kind letter. Roles and considerations are agreed in a one-to-one conversation.

BDY.03The board

The public record of who was there.

Every confirmed Buddy takes a place on this board. It stays open and honest — filled seats show a name (or “Reserved”), open seats stay visibly empty until they are taken.

BDY.04How we keep it honest

The principles the Buddy System runs on.

B2B payment — never through the founder

Bee, Penguin and Elephant contributions go directly to the suppliers; the founder's account is never in the path, and invoices are visible to the Buddy.

A public contribution board

Who contributed, which package, and which item — all shown openly on the board, with the supporter's consent.

In-kind contribution letter

Every contribution is recorded in a one-page letter; equipment is annotated for transfer to the company at incorporation.

Early-warning commitment

If runway drops below three months, every supporter receives written notice — no surprises.

Accountability principle

Failures are owned by the founder; successes belong to the team. That is the rule the whole system runs on.

BDY.05Questions

What Buddies ask first.

The round closes not with a signature, but with a flying device delivered to your hands. Tranche 1 completes when Founders Edition units reach supporters in working condition — proof delivered.

The percentages shown are target ratios. Final terms are drafted with legal counsel and set by contract at incorporation — no verbal or written draft is binding until then.
You are — directly by the supplier or service provider. Funds never pass through the founder's account. For equipment, the invoice is annotated so the item transfers to the company at incorporation.
At incorporation, through an in-kind capital / consideration protocol. Until then it lives in a one-page in-kind letter that both sides hold.
The official round is equity-focused; the Buddy System is item-focused — you fund a specific piece of the Phase 1 proof (a power supply, a test stand, a month of workspace) and see exactly where it went.
That depends on your situation and how you contribute — please speak with your accountant. We are happy to provide the documentation your accountant will need.
