SYS.00Electrostatic Propulsion — Patent Pending

Wingless flight. Land and air with a single motor.

Hayy Avionics is a deep-tech venture commercializing an original, patent-pending motor architecture that produces thrust directly from electrostatic force — inside a closed casing, with nothing rotating outside.

SYS.01About Hayy Avionics

From first principles to first flight.

The name comes from Ibn Tufail's Hayy ibn Yaqzan — a man who discovers the laws of nature through observation and reason alone, taught by no one. Our approach is the same: deriving a new propulsion architecture from first principles, not from templates.

Concept study — land-air vehicle, track-wheel drivetrain
  • The invention

An original motor architecture that produces thrust directly from electrostatic force — enclosed, propellerless, dual-mode for land and air.

  • The patent journey

First application filed in 2023, then strategically paused — without cancellation — while market position matured. Refiling with priority rights is planned for July 2026.

  • The company

Incorporating in Istanbul, Türkiye in September 2026 as a joint-stock company, together with our pre-seed investors — a structure built for future rounds and partnerships.

  • The founder

Haşim K. Kızılkaya, Founding Director — inventor of the electrostatic propulsion architecture and author of the consolidated TR/EN specification.

SYS.02Technology

Thrust from a closed casing. Nothing rotates outside.

Air is drawn in, forced through a perforated base, and the same power drives the vehicle on the ground via valve reversal. Track-wheel gear and an embedded parachute make landing terrain-independent.

The bottleneck of electric flight

Open-rotor risk & noise

Every eVTOL flying today uses external propellers — pedestrian hazard, urban noise limits, and the permit barriers that follow.

Indirect thrust chain

Motor spins, then gears, shafts and propellers convert rotation to thrust. Every link adds loss, weight and failure points.

Dual-propulsion burden

"Flying car" concepts carry two separate systems for land and air — weight and cost double, range melts away.

Landing constraint

Wheeled gear demands prepared pads; in an emergency landing, tipping and sinking risks are high.

Hayy's answer

ES-01

Propellerless electrostatic thrust

No rotating parts — direct linear force generated inside an airtight casing.

AB-02

One motor, two modes

Flight thrust and ground drive from the same unit, switched by valve reversal to a crank / track-wheel drivetrain.

SC-03

Stepless control

Thrust adjusted instantly through supply frequency and voltage — no gearbox, no throttle lag.

SL-04

Soft-landing configuration

Parachute case embedded in the track module at the center of gravity; track + wheel tolerate unprepared ground.

HM-05

Modular Hayy M cell

The thrust cell (ref. 1–14) scales as a standalone product for drone and industrial platforms.

IP-06

Documented architecture

Consolidated TR/EN specification with 18 reference parts, technical figures and patent drawings.

Status: the technology is at patent-application stage; performance values will be validated in the Phase 1 prototype program.

SYS.ENGThe Engine

One engine. Three scales. Zero rotating parts.

The Hayy Cell family — S, M and L — produces thrust with an oscillating capacitor plate inside a sealed casing. From the 95 mm proof cell to the 900 mm vehicle cell: working principle, calculation chain and target specifications, documented in full.

The first stage of evidence — the Phase 1 test rig and initial single-cell measurements — will be presented at the Pre-Seed Investor Conference, 20 September 2026, Istanbul.

SYS.03Investment — Pre-Seed

The first money goes to proof, not marketing.

Hayy Avionics is raising a pre-seed round to fund Phases 1–3 — measured thrust, a multi-cell hover demo and the ground-mode chassis — and entry into the vehicle program. Terms are flexible (SAFE/KISS); public R&D grants are targeted as co-financing.

Tranche 1 — Phase 1 proof round

US$ 100,000

The proof round: funds the Phase 1 single-cell validation program — the measured thrust, efficiency and endurance data that unlock everything after it.

Stated openly: the company is pre-revenue and pre-incorporation. Thrust density is not yet measured — that is exactly what Phase 1 exists to answer.

Business model — from IP to vehicle platform

LICENSING

Patent license + royalty (3–5%)

Hayy M cell architecture licensed to drone and e-mobility OEMs. First revenue line.

CELL SALES

Hayy M module

Thrust cells sold to integrators — industrial lift and drone platforms.

VEHICLE PLATFORM

Hayy T / Hayy V (2029–2030)

Land-air vehicle and VTOL platform sales — the main carrier of the 2030 target.

SYS.BDYBuddy System

SYS.04Prototype-Y

One vehicle. Every subsystem, proven together.

Prototype-Y is the integrated validation vehicle: the electrostatic motor, the land-air hybrid drivetrain and the soft-landing configuration working in a single body. The "Y" refers to the twin-Y silhouette of the emblem. It is not a production vehicle — it operates on a controlled test site, and its success is the precondition of the series-production decision.

SYS.06E-Store — Hayy Mini

The first premium drone made to fly indoors.

Propellerless. Silent by design. Not a single part rotating outside. Air is drawn through the honeycomb vents of four enclosed cells and pressed down through the perforated base — the lifting force is generated inside.

Safety

Honeycomb vents are finger-proof (<6 mm). Flies with peace of mind in homes with children, offices, and indoor spaces.

Silence

No propeller-tip whine — the dominant sound is soft airflow.

Durability

No propellers to break, no blades to bend. When it falls, it gets up and continues.
