SYS.04Prototype-Y

One vehicle. Every subsystem, proven together.

Prototype-Y is the integrated validation vehicle: the electrostatic motor, the land-air hybrid drivetrain and the soft-landing configuration working in a single body. The "Y" refers to the twin-Y silhouette of the emblem. It is not a production vehicle — it operates on a controlled test site, and its success is the precondition of the series-production decision.

  1. M1 · DEC 2026

    Procurement & sub-assembly

Long-lead orders (dielectric plates, HV AC drive, composite track, crank/gear set). Casing, guide rails and support plate machining. HV safety cage and test-site setup.

  2. M2 · JAN 2027

    Motor block assembly

Capacitor groups assembled with isolation tests; thruster, valves and air channel fitted; vacuum-head seal verified. Gate: motor block passes static high-voltage test.

  3. M3 · FEB 2027

    Chassis, drivetrain & integration

Chassis frame built; crankshaft, transmission, track and wheels mounted; A/B selector valve line connected. Gate: first powered movement in ground mode.

  4. M4 · MAR 2027

    Commissioning & acceptance

Tethered thrust measurements on load cells, mode-switch cycles, 50-hour endurance run, acoustic and vibration characterization. Gate: acceptance report and series-production decision.

Acceptance criteria — the M4 gate

  • Measurable, repeatable net vertical thrust in flight mode
  • A↔B mode switch completed within 60 seconds, hands-off
  • ≥100 m straight-line ground drive under its own power
  • 50 hours cumulative operation with no structural or dielectric failure
  • All measurements reported with an independent observer present
